In an interview with 2001 Nobel Prize for Economics winner Joseph Stiglitz, he states:
Most of the economic growth we've had in the past five years was based on the housing bubble, which has now burst. And the fruits of that growth have not been shared widely. In short, the fundamentals are not strong.
Did you hear that John McCain? Unless by "fundamentals" McCain mean "the troops". In which case I can’t believe that people (Obama) would say that the troops are not strong. Shame on you Barack Obama!
