In February 2007 when the race for the White House was just getting started (before sniper fire, before Rev. Wright and before people gave John McCain a snowball's chance of becoming the Republican nominee) I wrote a series of political gadgets featuring Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain.
The crazy thing is that I only wrote gadgets for these 3 candidates. Who knew that 15 months later these would be the only candidates left in the race!
Conducting my own straw poll, I recorded the number of downloads for each of the gadgets. As you can see from the numbers in the image above, Barack Obama leads with 53.8% over Hillary Clinton with 46.2%. Real Clear Politics has Obama 46.3%, Clinton 43.6%
